Corrosive gases are suitable for individual or mixed gas testing of H2S, SO2, NO2, and CL2

The maximum concentration of H2S, SO2, and NO2 in the gas is 25ppm, and the concentration of Cl2 is 1ppm

The minimum concentration of gas is determined by the background concentration of the ambient air

Gas distribution is regulated by a thermal mass flow controller with a flow rate of 0.2-10 ml/min, with a standard accuracy of ± 0.8% Rd plus ± 0.2% FS
