3、 Structure Introduction:

The shell of this series of resistance furnaces is made of thin steel plates that are folded and welded, and the surface is treated with high-temperature resistant paint. The inner lining is a rectangular integral lining made of silicon refractory material.

The spiral heating element made of iron chromium aluminum alloy is threaded through the wire grooves on the upper, lower, left, and right sides of the inner furnace lining. The furnace lining is a sealed structure.

The door bricks of the electric furnace are made of lightweight refractory materials, and the inner lining is formed by firing high alumina bricks. The insulation layer between the lining and the furnace shell is made of refractory fibers and expanded perlite products.
